Warehouse & Dispatch Assistant
You'll pick, pack and dispatch orders that go out to families all over Australia — and make sure every box arrives the way we'd want our own to.
You'd be good at this if:
- You're organised and you notice when something's not right
- You're comfortable on your feet and lifting up to 20kg
- You've worked in a warehouse, a feed store, a nursery or on a property
Forklift ticket is a bonus, not a requirement — we'll pay for it.
Customer Care Specialist
You'll be the voice on the other end of the phone when someone needs help choosing between two wormers at 7am. Calm, practical, honest.
You'd be good at this if:
- You own animals and understand what owners actually worry about
- You'd rather tell someone they don't need a product than make a sale
- You write clearly and reply quickly
Vet nurse, stock agent, saddlery or rural retail background is a real advantage.
Content & Care Guides Writer
Our Learning Centre exists so owners can make good decisions without a vet bill. You'd research and write it.
You'd be good at this if:
- You can turn a technical label into plain English without losing accuracy
- You'll chase a vet for a quote rather than guess
- You have samples of published work in health, rural or animal topics
