Is there a minimum order?
Your first order has a $250 minimum so we can set the account up properly. After that there's no minimum — order what you need, when you need it.
Do I need an ABN?
Yes, for trade pricing. Registered rescues and shelters can apply with a charity registration number instead.
Can I get 30 day invoice terms?
Approved accounts can. We'll usually ask for two or three orders on card first, then review terms with you.
How is freight charged?
Freight is at cost and shown before you confirm. Orders over $1,000 to metro addresses ship free.
Do you supply product imagery and data?
Yes — resellers get a feed with images, descriptions and barcodes so you're not retyping specs.
Can you drop-ship to my customers?
On approved reseller accounts, yes, with unbranded packing slips. Talk to your account manager about setting it up.
