Cold-chain and prescription products can't be resold once they've left us, so they can only be returned if there's a fault or a dispatch error. Ring us and we'll sort it out — you won't be left out of pocket for our mistake.

Yes. Anything classed as a veterinary chemical is APVMA registered, and we buy through Australian distributors so every batch is traceable. We don't sell grey imports.
