How do I cancel?
From your account, in two clicks, at any time. There's no retention script and nobody will ring you. Cancelling stops the next charge immediately and you keep member pricing until the end of the period you've paid for.
When am I charged?
The first charge happens when you join, then on the same date each billing cycle. We email you a few days before every renewal so it's never a surprise.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Yes. Pausing keeps your order history and loyalty points and simply stops billing until you start again. Handy when the paddock's quiet over winter.
Do member prices apply automatically?
They do. Once you're signed in, member pricing shows in the cart and at checkout without a code.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Is the membership worth it for one dog?
Honestly, it depends on how much you buy. If you're spending on parasite prevention year-round, most single-dog households come out ahead. If you buy once or twice a year, it probably isn't worth it — and we'd rather tell you that now.
